Story of Mowgli, the Jungle’s Boy
This is an imaginary story was written in The Jungle Book by the British author Rudyard Kipling in 1893.
Characters in this story were a boy called Mowgli and other animals.
This story talked about a boy called Mowgli who was lost in the jungles while his family was camping there. Mowgli was found by a group of animals who took care of him until he grew up and became an adult. Mowgli learnt the language of animals and this affected on his behavior where he was behaving almost the same as the animals. He hunted other animals and was frightened from fire and humans.
The story told that Mowgli was an enemy of a tiger in the jungle was called Sherikhan who hated humans because they wanted to hunt him and take his skin. Sherikhan kept looking for killing Mowgli for a long time but when Mowgli became older and strong enough, he united with the animals against Sherikhan and finally killed him.
After that, the animals advised Mowgli to go and live with humans because it was better for him and he would not be able to accommodate with animals’ life forever. He knew a family of humans who camped in the jungle then he quickly used for them and after a while he learnt human language then went to live with them.
