steamed breads

• Today I am bored so I want to get something .I want eat steamed breads, but not sold in supermarket of UK, so I want to do it by myselve, but there no flour in my home , I went to the supermarket to buy a bag of flour, after I come back home and have a rest a monment . first I boil the water and put boiled water in a little cold water, and put water mix the flour and together it . after half hour , I begin to knead the dough in bread board. and then I made a chopping board , the first step bunched up into a rectangle, and then use knife to cut into rectangular surface, the last put on steam fifteen minutes, my steamed bread was finally ready. the first time I can make steamed bread and I so happy ,Although there are many deficiencies, I think next time I will do more better.
